Last Saturday I joined Kate + Nick for their beautiful wedding photos at The Pheasant Hotel in Harome near Helmsley in North Yorkshire!

This fun loving pair put on quite the party, packed with designer details! Bespoke tweed suits, a stunning Hera Couture wedding gown (complete with a thigh length split to reveal jade green Manolo Blahniks!), 6 stunning sequin studded bridesmaids in green, wedding rings smelted out of former relations jewellery, and to top it off, Nick had their children deliver Kate a stunning Cartier locking bracelet that made her burst into tears! Throw in a gorgeous flora filled ceremony at St Saviours over the road, colour co-ordinated smoke grenades (a first for me!) and getting photobombed by a tractor, this day just kept on giving!
The happy couple were great value too! From the moment I met them at their pre-wedding catch up I knew this one would be filled with laughter, while being both classy and chilled – a great balance!
The relaxed Reverend Sue at St Saviour’s over the road conducted a joyous ceremony, then after cuddles and confetti, we took a quick lap round the duck pond before re-joining the guests for fizz in the sunshine. Guests mingled on the lawn enjoying the Pheasant’s outrageously good grub, followed by speeches and outdoor dining on the terrace, a bouquet toss a solid boogie – you couldn’t really ask for more from a perfect Yorkshire wedding! Big credit to Nicola, Liam and the team there for making it look so easy!
