Having been a Yorkshire wedding photographer for over a decade, I’m an expert at telling your story while you party with your loved ones and have the best day of your life!
Not everyone is instantly comfortable in front of a camera. For many, the idea of having your photo taken is about as appealing as stepping on an upturned plug in the dark!
My superpower is making people feel comfortable and relaxed. All my packages include a pre-wedding shoot to catch up and practice having your portraits taken so on the big day we’ll all be singing from the same hymn sheet!
My style is to direct you as little as possible – blending into the background to capture the fun as it unfolds – plus I’m an expert at quick, fun group pics, so you don’t miss the celebrations!
Making sure you are in your safe zone around me means we can get those fun, candid shots that truly capture how you are feeling on your wedding day. Which is actually the trick behind EVERY one of the shots all over my website made for people just like you!

From the moment Barnaby arrived he felt like another member of the wedding party. He blended in seamlessly - it was like laughing and chatting with an old friend and I think we all soon forgot we were being photographed.
We received our highlights the very next day and the pictures were even better than we could have imagined. The full gallery landed not very long after, and four years later we are still absolutely in love with our pictures.
